  This Subway opens for business earlier in the morning than most of the others in Springfield. I phoned in my order when they opened and it was waiting for me on my commute to the I-5 freeway. So great to head to class with a breakfast sandwich and another one prepared for lunch too. Try it yourself. You won't be sorry.

  Horrible employees. Received my $10 footlong sandwich and there was no cheese (I asked for cheese), 2 slices of green bell peppers, 4 cucumbers, and let me remind you a footlong. The pickles were not layed out on my sandwich at all there was a stack of 6 pickles literally at the end of my sandwich. Forgot my oil and vinegar and my salt and pepper. I was unable to have him remake it because "it was close to closing, and there were other customers" there was 1 other customer, and it was 7:20pm. Some people don't make scenes in stores, they pay for the food and make a review and never return to give you their money again.

  When I got up to pay for my sandwich I couldn't find my wallet. So the guy at the register told me to take my lunch and that I could come back and pay for it any time. It was incredibly nice! Turns out I had left it in my car so I went in and paid right away. But that was the best customer service I have ever had!
