  Every time I've called with a question Bill Cavinee has taken time to speak with me personally and at times at great length. I have never felt like he was in a hurry and just needed to give me an answer and then it was time to move on to the next client. I so appreciate his honestly, humor and above all his willingness to make sure I got whatever information I needed and he has never failed to tell me if I need anything else to give him a call. He has made my experience as an Allstate client a great one.

  Bill Cavinee has been my insurance rep since I turned 16 in 1995. Despite not having lived in the Eugene/Springfield area since I going off to college two years later and settling in Portland after, I've never even considered seeking coverage elsewhere. He and his amazing staff have seen me and my family through a few car accidents over the years, and treated us with nothing but the highest level of professionalism and genuine care and compassion.
