  If this could be 0 or negative stars I would mark it that way. This company is horrible!! I have been paying on a debt for over two years. When I call and ask for statement they are rude and I asked how many more months with interest will I need to keep paying and the answer is bs. I was told over six months ago that I would be done paying in six months. I called to check on balance again after six months since they don't send statements or billings and was just told again it will be six months more before it is paid off. I call BS and fraud. The statement they sent me after two years of paying has a higher balance than it did when I signed the court mediation agreement. Please tell me how that works.
