  My family has been studying here for over 3 years. It's a great place to learn about the Shaolin Kempo system. Our instructors work together to make this a place where all feel safe to learn skills that are valuable for self defense and confidence in all areas in your life. I highly recommend coming and talking to our instructors about how their classes can make a huge difference for you.
